This
was the second night of a 2 day stop KISS played at The Ritz club in New York. It was the
first time KISS had played in a club setting since the early 70's. They made this 2 date
stop in order to gear up for the upcoming Monsters of Rock tour with Iron Maiden. The
video is great in my opinion. It is shot from the pit. It gives a sense of being there.
Unfortunately, there are heads and hands in the way at times. The picture is nice and
clear but a little grainy which comes from it's age. It is not very sharp but still very
clear. The colors are good, and not dull. The audio lacks bass and is a little dull. It is
still very clear. There are a few drop outs. The show itself was amazing! Considering the
time period of the band this video shows the raw rock energy that lies within. This was
around the Crazy Nights era and the band tended to be poppy as those were the times. This
show shows that even back then they could still tear it up. Even though the quality isn't
great I love the video for its awesome performance. For that I would recommend this video.
